Aurora

Hello Lisa, Thought I would send you a picture of Aurora and her brother, Logan (formerly Abou). They are doing great, what a pair. We have so much fun with them. They love Dog Days and Nights for play days, the beach, and now swimming in our pool. Logan loves the water more than Aurora. She does not like getting her paws wet so much!! Atreyu

Sorry Kathy - I have been extremely remiss about keeping up with my emails. I guess it has now been close to 5 mos since we adopted Atreyu. He is such a great puppy and gets a lot of attention from everyone who meets him. My 86 year old mother has been visiting with us since late November and they love to sit outside together and enjoy our great weather. My older dog JJ has gotten a bit of pep back in her step as Atreyu keeps her young and always wants to play. He has gotten so big you probably wouldn't recognize him. My sons (20 and 18) just came back from a visit to the dog park where he was a bit timid with the other dogs, but he listens well and is a quick learner.

Alke

Ajax

Henry (Ajax) has been such an amazing addition to our lives. Of course it has taken adjustments to our schedules for us to all be comfortable, but we have settled in and have never been happier. Henry gets up fairly early every morning, (although he almost always sleeps through the night!). He and Derrick go for about an hour walk after breakfast and he takes a nice long puppy snooze after that. He absolutely loves all things that squeak and has several favorite noisy toys. He is growing quickly and it's fun to watch his excitement as he learns new things. On Christmas Eve he actually watched the movie "Marley and Me" for nearly a half hour, totally intrigued! He is in puppy school at PetSmart and is a really intelligent little guy. His training is going well and his accidents are fewer and fewer by the day. We can't wait to see what he looks like as an adult dog, but we are savoring the puppy time, as it will go by quickly! Derrick and I love Henry very much and are so thankful that we adopted him from A Second Chance. Thank you for following up with us and for all the tireless work that you do to rescue homeless animals. Sincerely,

Alex is doing great. We love him so much. We've changed his name to crease because both my boys play lacrosse and we went through every school such as duke and Hopkins to name him. But, with all the little wrinkles(creases) he has on his head and that is the actual circle that surrounds the lacrosse goal... He became crease. If I can figure out how to send photos through my email on my iPhone, I will. Trust me he is spoiled and loving life!! Thanks Jackie Milano
