Hi! I just wanted to let you guys know how well Ernie is doing. He is so sweet and he gets along with my other cat Teddy swimmingly. I've never in my life met a cat who taps on your shoulder while you're at the computer so that you can pet him! He has been such a wonderful addition to our family and we love him dearly. Lola (formerly Opal) is enjoying her first Halloween as a Ladybug. She is growing sooooo much that an x-large was a bit small. She also got Halloween dog biscuits & a toy she destroyed within an hour...lol. She has a special place in our family & in our hearts. Thanks so much for allowing us to give her home where there is a lot of love to give to her.

Hello there! We are all getting along very well here.....The kids are loving them and so are we....Nonny is enjoying our other adopted puppy, Shelly, as well. They run around our almost 2 acre lot and play and wrestle and have become friendly with the horses next door......They actually come up to the fence to say hello to the puppies every morning.....Nose to nose.... I will try to send a picture of it : ) They are doing well with the crate training in the house. Shelly caught on a little faster than Yonny with the potty training, but she was a little older.....He doesn't go in the crate anymore, but when we let him out in the house he has occassional accidents.....He's trying though! He's such a lovey and super sweet! She is hilarious to watch with him and very smart and loving too! We just took them to Dr. Fox yesterday for the rabies shot and some medicine for a case of tapeworms that Yonny had...We were surprised to see he had that, since we put him on Revolution right after we got him home.....We just did the second month's dose of Revolution and he got the medicine for the tapeworms, so everything should be fine...... Lacey

Sam (Sammy) and Lacey are the new loves in my life. They get along so well, you would think that they were together all along through there adventure to a new home. My thanks to all the foster mom's and dad's who helped trained Sam and Lacey, you all are a very loving and caring family. I want to thank you all so much for letting me help rescue my new kids. I have had 6 dogs as an adult and have lost 2 to cancer, Zack and Josh, 4 to old age, Lisy,Max, Shelby and Holly. I also had 3 cats all well missed, Buddy, Yellow and "Mr. B". I have rescued 10 cats in the last 1 1/2 years, I have 5 cats. A Second Chance Puppies And Kittens Rescue took in 3 of the kittens that a stray I helped out. Suzy is the mom she is still with me and her baby's were Candy, Buddy and Buster. I would love to see Sammy met his sister saasha and Lacey to see all her kids.
