Success Stories

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. Hello just to let u know charlotte is wonderful has a nice big house and yard loves her family very awesome puppy and smart she gives paws sits on comand loves being around family,friends and kids /other dogs she is wonderful i found the perfect family member to have thank u so much im totally happy and shes totally spoiled thank u for thinking of us kathy biggio/charolette and family

Buster

Buster is one of the great ones . He and my other rescue dog. Matty have become fast friends. Swimming and chasing eachother. Buster is very smart and is giving all signs that he is happy at his new home. Thanks for letting me love him. Regards, nelson

Gabe

Gabe is doing great, he’s a really good dog. He’s made himself right at home as you can see in the picture. Sleeps with me every night. I’m having my whole yard fenced in, so in a couple of weeks he’s going to have almost 2 acres to run around on. Vet said he’s in good health. I’ve also sent the previous owner pictures. All in all he’s just a big lover dog, all tongue. Thanks Danny

Houdini

Hi, Houdini is doing great and fits perfect in our family. We have also adopted a small kitten and so far they get along great although Houdini does not realize how much bigger he is.
