Welcome to A Second Chance

As an all volunteer foster-based rescue group, successful adoption stories are the only compensation we seek! Our Foster Caretakers, who spend weeks or months loving the animals in their care, always want to know how their “babies” are doing once they have found their forever homes. We hope that the adoption of a pet is not the end of a process but the beginning of a relationship between A Second Chance Puppies and Kittens Rescue and our adoptive families. March 2011 Update: Hello - I am writing to thank you again for our boy. We adopted Gordon "Artex" last September and wanted to send you a current photo. He has such an amazing personality and we couldn't love him more! Thank you for the work that you do. Pegi

Good morning and thank you for checking in. Artex, now known as "Gordon" is enjoying life as he knows it. He has taken over our little world. He is so smart and so destructive. I forgot what it was like have a 2 year old boy in the house. We couldn't happier to have him. I am attaching a few photos. He's hard to photograph because he's never still. He even runs in his sleep. I also want to thank you for the referral to Dr. Fox. He treated my old dog and Gordon's kitten, Jack. Please feel free to check in any time.
